Graft Entrapment after Leg Artery Bypass with Autogenous Reversed Saphenous Vein

Abstract
Popliteal artery entrapment syndrome refers to a congenital anomaly causing compression or occlusion of the popliteal artery by the musculotendinous structure as it traverses the popliteal fossa. Iatrogenic vein graft entrapment has been rarely
reported
after infrainguinal bypass grafting, which can occur as a result of improperly placed tunnel for the vein graft. We report 2 cases of vein graft entrapment with their clinical presentations, typical angiographic findings and outcomes after
surgical
treatment.
